Shelby Valley Paintsville scrimmage
#6
Old School Wrote:Who stood out for Paintsville?

Pugh laid a couple of hits on defense, also had a couple of long nice runs. Sublett played well at LB, J.J. Hensley looked good on the defensive line. Kevin Osbourne did alright for his first time playing on the d-line and o-line. Hensley did alright on the o-line. Humphrey did well at receiver, and made a couple of good runs from QB with the younger guys. May want to try him at tailback. Reynolds looked good catching passes out of the backfield, they may want to try to move him to Tight end for the time being. The Tiger staff played a lot of players last night. A lot of mix and matching, just trying to get a look at some players. The Tigers weak point last night was the offensive line. SV had 8 in the box and most of the time they were bringing 8. I think it caused a lot of confusion for the inexperienced bunch. I don't think they knew who to pick up and by the time they decided both the LB and DL were by them. Hopefully it's something they can workout, this week in practice and at the next scrimmage.
