The 15th Region Title still goes through……Hail Pikeville! 

 Until you meet Martin Co. or Betsy Layne..lol

I’ll give you Martin County, but Betsy Layne hasn’t won a region title since the late 80’s. Heck when they won an All A state title in I think 2012 and they lost the region title game. Only time you have to go through BL is when you’re driving to Johnson County or Martin County.
