The video does not represent physicality.  It represents dirty playing and dangerous actions.
That player should've been ejected.  AND if he did it as part of a game plan executed by the coaching staff, it speaks horribly about Corbin's football program.

Bull, if you have not been to Boyle County Rebels FB page, watch the 2 min plus highlight clip they do after every game, you will clearly see #0 Smith jerking of Dawson's helmet.  Bunch of thugs and as this gets out along with comments by OSH taking out players, no one will respect them nor want to play them.
