If you are up more than 30, you take your stars out unless 1. you are a dumb*** or 2. you wanna make them look better. Imagine if they did this and one of their players went down in injury during a running clock? I’ve seen it happen before and it will happen again.

I think people are either forgetting or unaware that the score of the previous game was 38-30 at halftime so yeah the starters played the 3rd quarter and built the lead. The jv played the entire 4th quarter. The last touchdown was thrown by the backup qb which is a sophomore who was out injured the first 6 weeks of the season. Floyd Central fans can play victim all they want but that particular game was a dog fight well into the 3rd quarter until the flood gates opened. Good luck to both teams tonight but SV will roll on to Somerset next week.
