I do know after Chapman left there was some good coach's that applied for the job with good resume. but they choose to stay with insider's an i think that is the problem it effects the way kids respone as well cause if the coachs aint pulling for weight lifting conditioning etc. an trying to build for the future your goin to loose want good players you have for better schools
