On the Pikeville side the defense is ahead of the offense and although young already looks like a championship D. On offense I. Stanley took his first carry as a Panther (in 2nd to last reg. season game no less lol) to the house for a 34 yard TD vs Hazard. He joins an already loaded backfield. Should be a fun game Friday against an improving program playing at home coming off a huge win. Plenty of little things to watch for the Panther team.

Haha, sorry JP, but since the Belfry game I’ve been in hibernation due to the lack of games for 3 weeks and then 2 games that we literally just had to show up for. I honestly don’t know much about Boyd so I’m not sure what the final score will look like. I assume the Panthers will try to work on a few things that they think they’ll need a month from now. Pikeville should win comfortably but I’m not sure what that will mean, maybe 3 scores but like I said trying to incorporate a couple new looks against a team with a pulse or maybe they come out and take care of business quickly. Anthony hasn’t seen many if any touches offensively since Belfry, not sure if he was slightly banged up still or they were just trying to insure that he was fully healthy by November but I’d say it’s time to get him back involved offensively, if for nothing more than to get him back into two way game shape. Like the Ram fans have said , Boyd may not be great but they’ll be the best team Pikeville has played since mid September and probably the best they’ll play until Thanksgiving so they need to make the most of this Friday night to prepare . Good luck to both teams on an injury free game.
