you should take any proof you have to the news stations then.
I see a lot of post accusing multiple schools of stuff like this and get nobody ever comes out and does anything.
have you contacted the KHSAA with your proof?

This is exactly what he was talking, about how can a publications use a picture of a kid on an advertisement or vise versa put an ad on a picture of a kid without the parents consent. I know if my daughter were being featured in ads for a car dealer, she better have some wheels or at least a compensation agreement. Families invest thousands to assist a kid in becoming a stay player and they ought to get some help in return when people are using them for a profit. I think it's about to get complicated, coaches & players best be lining up agents for good players if they plan on competing for end of season accolades.
