W- PERRY (can’t bet against them till someone proves they can beat them)
RU- Hazard (Have to find a way to beat Perry, haven’t done it yet)

W- LCC (Hosting the region could give LCC the final push to get the title)
RU- KCC (Lost a lot of experience, will take a step back I think)

Regional Champ- LCC, PCC, or Wolfe
LCC is probably the favorite getting to host the regional tournament.

but….

Owsley hasn’t made a district final in like 30 years. Having a hard time seeing that one. 

also Hazard literally beat Perry in district last year and ended up winning district and Region.
