I think that the person who made the comment was referring to the fullback or a particular running back finally running the ball. I did not hear the stats, but I think that both Little and Matthews ran the ball well. I didn't think that JC got enough pressure on Little because LCC sent out a lot of receivers and Little rolled rather than getting chased out of the pocket. If Little sees an opening, then he takes off. He is quick, fast, and elusive - plus he has a strong arm. I expected that JC would be chasing Little around the backfield tonight but that did not happen very often. He sees the field well and makes good decisions.

As a high school quarterback, Little impressed me more than any quarterback that JC has played, including the Ironton quarterback who is headed to the U. of Cincinnati. It would be interesting to watch the game that LCC lost to Hazard 52-50. LCC has scored and given up a lot of points this season, but it is hard to understand giving up 52 points to Hazard. They were also shutout 35-0 by a very mediocre team from Tennessee in their second game of the season.
