Well our score and boyles score was similar. So if ours wasn’t close then by default Jc and boyles wasn’t either i would assume. I agree injuries are part of the game. But so are coaching decisions, either way the kids have choice. Again, not saying we would have won, but like mason Lawson and JC it had a big impact on the game, and as you said in your own words “sometimes it effect the other team more”. That’s the Point that I’m trying to make. Taking what you said and agreeing with it. But it applies to both. I think people saying we would have won are getting ahead of themselves and letting emotions run before they seriously think about it. And you’re right, they, me, we were frustrated. But I don’t think you can grasp they reason we were frustrated unless you knew the inner workings of the entire thing including that nights coaching decisions. Just like I couldn’t grasp what Lawson meant for you guys in the title. Hoot you know I lie you, whether you care or not, I don’t know. Might not even care one way or another, but I’m saying with all the respect you deserve because you’ve been here a long time. I’m not talking about winning or losing, but you can’t say a missing RB from one team would impact a game, then another RB missing for another game doesn’t impact it with two games being similar scores. Yes yours was an injury, our was a dumb coaching decision. Kids nor us could help either. I’ve not seen anyone say our problems started against JC. It was the coaches. So you agree with it was the coaches all season, but the dumb moves they made in that game is irrelevant. There is no difference in this game than boyles vs Lex. I’ve seen post saying if they would have punted they probably would have won. A coaching decision. They still said Lex cath deserved the win. Just like we said JC deserved the win. All Lex had to say is “scoreboard”. I don’t, and I hope no one else does either, mean it as disrespect.

I am pretty sure that I have never claimed that JC lost because of Mason Lawson's injury. JC's running stats were pretty solid with Lawson out for the year, just as JC's stats have been solid this season with Conley out for the season. Boyle County was the best team in 4A last season, period. If you plug last year's game between Corbin and Johnson Central, and between Johnson Central and Boyle County into CalPreps, the predicted scores for both games are not much different that the actual scores of the games. I am really not sure that there is a clear cut favorite this season in 4A. 

I am hoping that JC wins a couple of playoff games and then gets a shot at Lexington Catholic in the third round of the playoffs. There is no easy path through the playoffs this season but I am curious to see how effective JC's running attack would be against LC.

Good luck to Corbin in the Lincoln County game. I would really like to see Boyle County have to make the trip to Corbin.
