Gosh I hope the Eagles can leave the crater with a win.

We’ll need a big game from Landry Collett and I do not think that there is a person in middlesboro that can guard Hensley.

I went back and watched the Breathitt vs MHS game from Friday.

Here’s my break down of it and what that means for Leslie this coming Friday as they play the Boro. 

The game Friday was closer than the score depicted. Breathitt got a late score but this game was manageable for MHS all night. 

After watching MHS’s secondary, I have no doubt that LC will be able to have success throwing the ball. Expect a big night for Hensley and Ostrander.

The question for me on offense is will Collett have time to find the open guys down field.

MHS offense looked kind of stale and predictable. I am not sure if they have done it all season but they really like to utilize screens but Breathitt was all over those.

To not have scored Friday, they did not look that bad. They moved the ball but they shot themselves in the foot (multiple bad snaps, a dropped ball downfield that would have possibly been a td).

The question on defense for me is will our dline be able to control the line of scrimmage. 

I think LC’s skilled positions are as deep and talented as any other team in the district. I think LC’s oline and dline will be the determining factor.

If LC can control the line of scrimmage, they will win and it won’t be close.

Hensley will be the best player on the field. It's not even comparable at this point. Best player in the district with ease.

Both teams have solid players. Hensley definitely best skill player that will be on the field hands down. Middlesboro QB is solid as a runner. Leslie QB can beat you with his arm or feet. Brady Davidson the big lineman from Leslie will dominate, he maybe most underrated lineman in the mountains.

I'll go with Middlesboro 28-14
I'd be surprised if Leslie has anyone better than Grigsby. I thought he was the best player on a regional championship team last year.

Hensley will be easily the best player on the field. Heard he got a call from penn state today. Not sure how the call went, but i can assure you middleboro hasn't played a better athlete on their schedule this season.

Can't remember the last time I've seen so many people that far off. I was waiting to hear the explanations.
Grigsby with 278 yards rushing and 118 yards passing. The kid took a team to the state semifinals last year and was getting absolutely no respect all week.
