If the dude that recorded Coach Mays were to be charged with murder today, it would not make what Coach Mays said during the recruiting call any less (or more) true. The dude could cheat on his wife and have a trunk full of unpaid parking tickets, but nothing that he has done or may do in the future has any bearing on Coach Mays' guilt or innocence of recruiting violations.
