Blackcats jump out 21-0 after the first quarter. Powell battles back to make it 28-14 Pburg at the half. Blackcats open up the second half scoring in 2 plays to go up 34-14, but Powell scores on a long run making it 34-20. Pburg would score again and the Blackcats would then fumble a handoff that PC scoops and scores, making the final 42-26 Pburg.

Prestonsburg’s offense is playing some really good football right now. They’re doing a great job of keeping defenses unbalanced. Really impressed with the Blackcats offensive line. Great night for Jarvis again. Defensively Pburg faced a tough PC run game that’s designed to eat up clock and wear you down. It didn’t work early, but they reeled off some bigger runs as the game went along wearing down some Blackcats.
