I do think this game can really solidify some opinions on the Rams. I like that Cal Preps prediction, I think Raceland should win by around 2 TD’s.
I’ll stand by my opinion that Pikeville should’ve beaten Cov Cath by probably a TD and I think Cov Cath is a little better than Highlands. And at this point I think
Raceland is at least as good as Pikeville and likely even better. Good luck Rams!

A little better? Highlands only win is Campbell co. who is horrible. Which would lead one to believe highlands is pretty bad. Cov cath on the other hand played elder, a powerhouse, and put 21 on them. Beat pikeville. And best Lex cath who I believe is still up in the air as far as quality. But you’re comparing two teams that haven’t played. Played no like opponents. And their opponents opponents aren’t even comparable at this point. And you’re basing all of that on a “should have” won. I believe pikeville and raceland are pretty dang good teams. But it’s like comparing apples and oranges, not even oranges hah. More like apples and sea shells. I use to try to compare teams based on like opponents and it never worked out for me. To many variables. But it’s a message board. I guess it makes for good conversation. I guess if both are as good as we think they are eventually will find out.

I watched Highlands play Simon Kenton this year and they aren’t a bad team at all.  I think everyone is comparing them to the standard of what Highlands was when they were a powerhouse and not seeing them for who they are now and using that comparison to call them a bad team.  Raceland better not get too caught up in this talk or they will go to NKY and get beat badly.  I’m still not convinced that Raceland can beat them either.  Highlands has some dudes that can play and if Raceland somehow does pull it off them it would be by 7 points or less and not the 2 scores that some people have predicted.
