Only way in my opinion is to find a webcast/broadcast that was recorded.  You would have to go back and review the film paying close attention to the down and distance on each play and where the play winds up after blown dead.  It will take some time and patience to record whatever stats are being padded.  If you have access to this, record on paper what you saw and look at the stats being reported on the KHSAA website for "said game".  If it is off by a few yards, I don't think there is anything that would change someone's mind.  If it is egregious, I would submit findings to KHSAA and see what happens.
