Wow. This is a tough one to pick, but it will be very telling as to defining if what we saw from these teams in week 1 is real or just a mirage. This will be yet another great game to watch in a week full of potential close battles in northeastern Kentucky. I’ll go with East Carter by 7 due to their coaching advantage.
