What was Mann’s reason for not playing then if he’s a good defender why did he play limited minutes on a panthers team that only ran 6 deep at times

Because the other six were very good and didn’t really need breaks. Worrix ran that team as if Elisha was on the court. He was the floor general and an absolute pest on defense to where he made so many players flustered. Then Jarrell would come in and play great defense as well for Laithen or Robinson and play without their big. This team just didn’t need to really be deep because their core 6 was so good and never looked worn down
