Tackett said principals around the state are asking for relief on investigating transfers.

Sounds more like the schools asking for relief to me.

Do we really expect principals (some care more than others and too many don't care anything about athletics) to do a thorough job? I get that the KHSAA is like the NCAA overworked and understaffed, but they are the governing body for a reason.
