I really thought over the last two days that the difference in the Pikeville wins was Warrix. He is the bets off the ball pressure defender I think I have seen in a long time. I love the way he plays the game.
If Samons could stay out of foul trouble it would be nice to see what kind of player he really is. But you only get to see some glimpses.
But I really like Pikeville. Today game is all about pressure def. The 6'10 kid from Evangel has nice skills and game but he walks alot and he get out of position on the boards.
Evangel clearly is the king of recruiting. They have some nice long range shooters and there guards are solid. But I like Pikeville. I say put warrior on 23 and just torment him all day long. Good luck to Pikeville.
