I got to catch Belfry vs Betsy Layne in the night cap.  Earlier that day I heard Mimms was feeling under the weather is the reason he didn’t play.  Does anyone know why Bol wasn’t out there and who the other big kid on their bench was.  Belfry looked selfish and uninspired.  They didn’t get back on D after a missed shot.  They have a long way to go.  When BL gets Frasure and Mimms back they are gonna be a tough out this year.

Bol had knee soreness, the other big guy is Daniel Deng he graduated from Westlake Prep in Cooper City, Florida last June. He lives in the same house as bol and sits in school and practices with them everyday,

Is he going to try and play or just be around the team?

Seeing how he graduated from Florida in June I don't see how he can play, I also don't see how he can set in a school setting every day as a graduated adult and other parents be fine with it. A simple call to the prep school and they can confirm he graduated in June.

Maybe he is taking advantage of 5th year rule for academic reasons. Since he came from out of state I can’t see KHSAA ruling him eligible but with that bunch you never know.
