Gotta disagree BCA, I’m not sure BL will tackle Harris Phelps consistently. Paintsville cruises. Well I’m assuming Phelps is healthy, if so it won’t be close. Now if he’s not healthy I could definitely see it being relatively close. I’m honestly very happy for the strides BL has made this year but they aren’t into the Paintsville/ Raceland echelon yet.
