Blume is going to State in the 100m dash. His 4x100m team would have went to state but they were disqualified for a hairbow on one of the runner's wrist.
Blume would have also went in the 200m but wasn't able to run because of his hammy; it has been bothering him for some time.
And in his long jump, he could have easily won it but scratched all 3 jumps! lol
