I’ve looked at their roster and I see they are young, but every year they are young. If you cannot retain the players you have year in and year out and have older players on your roster, that’s a coaching problem or an administrative problem. 5A school should have 70+ players a year with at least 15 seniors a year. Leadership starts from the top.

As far as an excuse, when you state they are young you are throwing out an excuse.
