I agree but there is a difference between critisism and getting personal. Making fun of a kid because he plays another sport and doesnt understand whats going on instead of taking the time to tell him what he did wrong and how to do it right (which is the purpose of practice) is just stupid and makes the coach look worse than the player who screwed up. By all means get your point across to the kid tell him he better get his rear in gear or youll run him till he is no longer tired or whatever, but be sure to teach him the right way. Coach Jackson wasnt happy with the teams performance yesterday but you didnt see him acting like that.
