Fox is following the advice of their lawyers. There is nothing funny about free speech being chilled by the threat of litigation. All Fox did was add a caption to inform its audience that Trump's claims have been disputed. When the results of the forensic audits conducted in Arizona and Pennsylvania are released, I expect Trump to file suits against CNN and other Democrat media outlets for repeatedly claiming that claims of widespread fraud were unfounded.

Absolutely correct. As has been conclusively established, Dems use the court system to effect the politically correct changes they're after when regular order within the Congress is out of the question,  or when the regulatory process presents itself as being too slow.

They use the pretense of law, to run over the law. I say pretense because they invariably resort to liberal judge shopping, or circuit shopping, to get their way. Every darn day. All of which usurps the will of the people in that libs are still even at this point in the minority.
