Of course you would because nothing matters to you but political affiliation. 58,220 Americans died fighting in Vietnam, which was far more than the number of Americans who died fighting the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan combined (fewer than 7.000 total). The worst thing about LBJ and the Vietnam War was how Johnson's attempt to micromanage the war made the casualties much higher than they should have been. He responded to anti-war protesters like Hanoi Jane and John Kerry in ways that cost many Americans their lives.
