Lowlife, Trump was not president during the 2016 Summer Olympics and he is not president now. The problem is not Biden's decision not to attend the Olympics, the problem is having an unelected person conducting foreign policy. Traditionally, that responsibility would be delegated to the Vice President. When Trump did not attend the Winter Olympics, Mike Pence attended in his place.
