Biden has been forced to take action to appease Democrat representatives who face an election in 2022 and represent areas adjoining the Mexican border. Biden is stupid but he understands politics well enough to know that he cannot afford many angry Democrats in the House with the slim majority he has.

Hooter, you’re really stretching.  First it was levees and now it’s finishing incomplete sections. 

Biden isn’t going to try to finish Trump’s wall.   he’ll tie up the loose ends, Finish the existing contracts,and divert funding back to where it belongs. 

But what if Biden finished the wall, would you support him?
