The Arizona Secretary of State's office has admitted that they do not have the master password for the voting machines and Dominion is refusing to provide the password, despite a subpoena to provide it to the auditors. There is never proof of wrongdoing until an honest investigation is conducted, but the guilty often attempt to interfere in the investigation of wrongdoing, exactly as the Democrat Party has interfered in attempts to conduct forensic audits across the country.

Lawsuits involving Dominion have nothing to do with the forensic audit that is being conducted under the direction of the Arizona Senate. However, the fact that Dominion is not cooperating and illegally failing to comply with legally issued subpoenas may be used as evidence in those lawsuits.
