I don't know how wealthy our conservative friends on here are, but I doubt if it would significantly make them less wealthy if our government was a bit more generous(at least not last on the list) to our workers and our citizens in need of healthcare.

The money that you advocate spending is not your own. We all lose some personal liberty every time that the federal government coerces payments from our fellow American citizens to give away to people through social welfare programs, now matter how wealthy the victims are. Supporting socialist government thugs in this country is as unpatriotic as it gets, with the possible exception of taking bribes from foreign governments. If China Joe has his way, American company's will soon once again be saddled with the highest corporate tax rates in the world. It is very hard for me to understand people who seem unaware of the track record of countries that borrow and spend beyond their means year after year and advocate an ever increasing social welfare system.

As for whether the conservatives on BGR can afford to be separated from another chunk of our money to give to the poor and not so poor, that is a choice for us to make, not you and your ilk.

money is spent all the time by the govt I don’t support.  Every flight to MarALago for example and The trillions we spend on the military industrial complex and those that leech off of that. 
sometimes elections have consequences and you don’t get to decide where the money is spent.
