Last night Biden started out by taking over one of DJT's agenda items as his own, saying he wants to rebuild America by taxation.

"Trump presented an infrastructure plan to Congress in February 2018, with $200 billion in federal funding and $1.5 trillion from the private sector. Democrats opposed this plan because of its emphasis on state and local funding and private investments."

No,  Dems would much rather stick the taxpayer for all of it. Nobody to account to on how they spend the money that way, and it's just so much easier.
