Which factors do you think are causing the shortage of workers?  These 3 things are what come to my mind.

1.  Too many people who really do not want to work/lack of work ethic?
2.  Too much "free" money from the government?  Unemployment is much too easy to get right now.
3.  Pay too low on entry level jobs.  Why work when you can make close to the same amount not working.

Finally a thought-provoking thread from you guys. Of course gov't made it lucrative to not work. They shouldn't have just sent money for not working, they should have added $400/month to people who kept working on top of their paychecks and much less to not work. Lots of people made more money not working and any business person will tell you they couldn't get employees...
