[Old School Hound]

One  of the two major political parties  in this country  is an anti- democracy party and has been for decades now.  The GOP has  cheated its way to victories all across the country for decades. And now the Gerrymandering Old Party is at it again in Georgia!!!  They lost three elections in the Peach State in '20-21 and now they have rushed though a law designed keep black and brown people away from the polls.  Voter suppression  is  the GOP's go-to cheating game now. The goal is to make it harder and harder for blacks and Latinos to vote and to intimidate voters that are likely to be of the Democratic persuasion. These kind of laws are a disgrace!!!  

Every single one of us here, whether you are a Democrat or Republican,  should be able to agree that it isn't right to try to suppress any American's right to vote.  Can we agree that we should be encouraging people (D's, R's, and I's) to participate in the political process and not make it harder for anyone to get to the polls?   Has Republicans' disdain for Democrats been surpassed only by their disdain for democracy?

Let's all agree in unanimous fashion that voter suppression is unsavory  and undemocratic .  The kind of tactics that  Republicans  are "Jim Crowing" about in Georgia and Texas are reviving  some of the most shameful actions of America's past.

This must be stopped !!!!   I would feel the same way if Democrats were cheaters.
