Betsy Layne needs to improve on their shooting ALOT. they don't have any real threat behind the arc. Both teams struggled painstville against the press the most. I do wonder how this game would've went if fugate would've had some practices in. He just came off a 2 week quarantine and you could tell his legs and cardio just wasn't their tonight. He also looked a little passive in the 1st halfIt definitely looked like what it was, for both teams, the first game of the season! Extremely physical game from start to finish. Seems The Bobcats press may have given up as many points as it produced and I think they may have settled for 3’s a little too often. The Bobcats were 1 for 7 in the first half and 6-15 in the second putting them 7-22 for the game, However a few of those 3’s were BIG shots that came in key moments. The Robinson kid is one of the most athletic kids I’ve seen play in a long time. Shelby Valley will be a very dangerous team that could easily mess up someone’s plans in the Region.
