I would agree the Head Coach is not all the problem with McCreary. Until McCreary puts the finances ( K-8 and 9-11) and adapts a attitude they are going to win, nothing will change. That attitude must come from the administration and McCreary does not have that and I doubt they ever will.

I agree as well it needs to go further than the high school. However it was time to move on he had no control over that team. Zero success as well first year was just getting handed a team with a good schedule after that not so much. Be nice to see Payne get the spot if he’s still up to it.
