DOJ Drops Case Against Michael Flynn
#19

Isn’t Flynn in the sentencing phase? If so the judge can impose sentencing.
Especially if he deems there is one set of justice for the Trump associates and another set for the regular old American.
Coerced pleas are S.O.P. for federal investigators.

Quote:One handwritten note from a senior FBI official mapping out the purpose of the Flynn interview read: "What's our goal? Truth/admission or to get him to lie, so we can prosecute him or get him fired?"

The Obama FBI was not seeking justice - they were attempting to nullify the results of a fair election. Eventually, we will learn what threats led to Flynn's guilty plea. There was no trying of fact nor was there a finding of guilt, so there was no sentencing phase. Not surprisingly, you have a weak grip on the facts but a strong opinion.
