The Gov. order toes the line. Technically, you can travel freely. Your return is when you have to quarantine.

I assume one argument will be the executive order was modeled after what the federal govt did with returning cruise ship passengers and travelers returning from overseas.

Let’s hope the legal scholars and “fair constitutionalists” have their fun with these decisions and the effects of their verdict won’t be relevant for another 100 years.

Where relevancy is concerned the Lord has already framed that in prophetic terms, but I doubt sincerely that this world has 100 months, much less 100 years.
