I'm no Judge Napolitano fan, but I'll quote anybody who speaks truth.

According to Napolitano, no governor has legal authority to shut down, lock down, or otherwise close down state commerce. Nor can they limit travel or by any means order people to 'stay home.' And this one is a biggie in my mind-- close down hospitals to all but CV 19 cases and ER traffic.

By the time the reverberations from the lawsuits settle down, ALL state governors should have undergone a rather remarkable attitude adjustment.

The legal battle of Americans’ freedom to die and spread a virus throughout the population will be interesting to watch play out over the next few years.


Most of these people will be out of office and moved up in or out of politics, but I’m sure it’ll keep legal scholars busy.
