Less about leadership and more about citizens not following policy. Can’t blame them much when you read the President’s tweets and those on the right trying to discount the seriousness of the virus. What do they do when their role models are deniers?

Most of the Governors in the nation are unhappy with the federal govt’s response, so I guess they aren’t quiet the experts you and the president are on federal responsibilities.

I’m not sure Kentucky has had a Coronavirus outbreak to warrant antibody tests. I hope we don’t have to resort to that. Italy is only doing them in certain areas.
