Yes, AC's runs were unearned, but of the 5 JC runs, only 1, maybe 2, were earned. Both teams struggled in this game on defense. JC hit the ball hard and forced AC to make plays. JC errors were just mental, IMO. Blanton pitched a heck of a game. He kept the AC hitters off balance for the most part. Both teams hurt themselves with errors. If it weren't for that, I think this game could've had a different outcome. Nonetheless...Congrats JC on a good game. AC...poor defense will come back to hurt you against region contenders. Good Luck to both teams the rest of the way.
