I think the Scott County administrators were very smart to choose a coach that would continue the system that Billy Hicks had put in place at Scott County. Let's also not forget the contributions of coaches Wilhite and Mattingly. By the way, I talked briefly with coach Glenn this summer. He volunteered one piece of advice Billy Hicks gave him when Glenn was named head coach. He told me Hicks told him to, "Get in the gym and work your tail off." Tim told he responded, "Yes sir." I have no doubt that coach Glenn outworked every coach in the region.
