I am very proud of and happy for Tim Glenn. He is one of the nicest people and was one of the hardest working coaches anywhere. The system he uses is the same system Scott County has used since the 97-98 season. The system is based primarily on individual player development and is has been proven to work. It's not the system for coaches that don't won't to work very hard.

It's interesting also that many of last year's Scott County JV team members elected to go to Great Crossing. So, other than the big man, most of Scott County's players were back up JV players on Scott County last year.

Lastly, I feel very bad for Daniel Brown at Henry Clay. Brown has great teams year after year at Henry Clay but has never taken a team to the state tournament. I thought with Scott County rebuilding this could be his year.

You'll probably have a hard time finding anyone who'll disagree with the bolded. Coach Glenn has been a class act in any interaction that I've had with him. Like you, I'm glad to see him get to Rupp after what you can only imagine has been a tough season for him in terms of being asked to take over a program and fill the shoes of a coach like Billy Hicks.
