It may be a tiebreaker based on scoring margin. I know on the WPRG broadcast tonight, one of the commentators said Coach Short said Betsy Layne would have had to beat Lawrence County by a certain margin, had they done that they would have gotten the 1 seed. Prestonsburg won the first meeting by 11. Maybe if Floyd Central wins by 11 they flip a coin?
