Governments create wealth for individuals. There is no reason to dig up a list of individuals that have gotten rich off of govt decisions.

No matter how many times you repeat a lie, it does not become the truth. Robbing Peter to pay Paul is not creating wealth. There certainly are people who become wealthy with the help of corrupt politicians, just as there are bank robbers who become wealthy by stealing the money deposited in banks by honest customers.

The federal government is broke. Borrowing and spending somebody else's money and calling such spending an "investment" is not honorable behavior.

Kentucky doesn’t have reliable services. It’s people will find a way to pay and get a job in a industry that requires that technology.

I have used the internet services in Johnson County and it is much faster than what I have available in my development environment at work, which runs on a military network. You don't really need a fast internet connection to learn to program. It just needs to be fast enough to download the necessary software. In most cases, a local server can be set up on your workstation or elsewhere on your local network and used for application development.

I doubt that you have a clue as to how few resources are necessary to set up a software development environment at home. It's nice to have a very fast internet connection and a powerful workstation with abundant memory installed, but it is not essential. Companies in the IT business certainly need relatively fast and reliable service, but those companies are generally not going to locate offices at the head of a remote hollow. Most cities of any size have decent internet service.
