Congratulations to Knott county. Knott brings energy to the floor. If they rebound, they will hurt you because every kid can put the ball on the floor and in the basket. I think their young players (Fletcher - 9th grade, Gayheart - 8th grade, and Maggard - 9th grade) are the best three players I have seen come through in a while. Fletcher's motor is fun to watch on both ends of the floor. Gayheart is a very crafty guard that can score and defend, and Maggard is a great shooter. When you add Mullin's experience and scoring ability and Slone's ability to defend to this group, then you have a very dangerous team. I know Leslie, Perry, and a few other teams have some good young talent, but this group leads the way.
