Best Mountain rb's that you have seen over the past 10 years
Mr. Right Wrote:Howard put app roximately 5500 & 90 Tds in 4 years & Jones approximately 3400 yards & 55 Tds in 2 years. They split carries with each other for 2 years and Howard split carries with Belfry's former all-time leading rusher Jonah Caudill.

West, Chapman, & Beach are interchangable with Howard & Jones, meaning that depending on who you ask either of those 5 could be argued legitimately as to which is best.

The others were pretty much "homer" votes. But thats OK, because most people on here have a little "homer" in them, myself included.

I am not saying that they wasnt good backs, but none of Belfrys backs are even listed on the KHSAA web site with records, so to say that he put up 90 TD's in 4 years I dont know because hes not listed there, nor is is rushing yards. I am not taking anything away from them but I just dont think that either of them are as good as West was even Jonah Caudill. Jones was a good back but isnt even running the ball at UK. Even Beach ran the ball at UK who is also on my list.

Eastern Kentucky has produced so great running backs over the last 20 years.

Oh one more thing if he did have 90 TD;s its a shame a program like Belfry wont take the time and keep the stats updated with the KHSAA, you would think that they would.
