I have been doing some stat crunching exercises with the decade ending using Calpreps.

Some good data on there, and in regards to this thread it should help give some insight. Calpreps has only been calculating KY teams since 2003 though.

Since 2003, Here are the 25 strongest EKY teams (Regions 13,14,15,16 Only + Rockcastle County):

3. 2016 Johnson Central- 47.1
4. 2016 Belfry- 45.3* (Belfry actually beat Johnson Central in 2016, FWIW)
5. 2008 Bell County- 43.4
6. 2009 Bell County- 43.3
7. 2010 Bell County- 43.0
8. 2004 Belfry- 40.5
9. 2013 Belfry- 40.3
10. 2008 Johnson Central- 40.2
