Yes the 2a state champ* and their refs could easily beat belfry and pikeville. Their refs just keep giving them chances until they do win.

I didn't see the refs fail to pick up a 4th and one with under a minute to go. I didn't see the refs give up a 38 yard pass to a defensive back to get Somerset in position to throw it to the end zone. They did, correctly, call pass interference when Somerset did throw it in the end zone. Then I didn't see the refs fail to cover a Somerset receiver on the final play. You can yap all you want. Mayfield had plenty of chances to win the game, they didn't. Fans like you are what give Mayfield fans such a bad name across the state. Enjoy your 12th Runner-Up trophy.
