This is an impossible list to try and make. You have some coaches like Herron at Williamsburg who haven’t won a title, yet do more with less talent yearly. I won’t even begin to speculate who else like him may be around the state as I don’t see them all or hear about them all, but I can’t even begin to estimate who the top five are statewide.
