If Belfry was to lose Friday night how much of an RPI hit do you think they would take? I believe they could finish anywhere from 1 to 4 in the east based on Friday’s outcome

Not much of a hit, in fact their RPI may increase even if they lose.

Johnson Central automatically improves both their Opponents Win percentage and Opponent's Opponents Win Percentage numbers. Belfry also gets a boost by "playing up".

With LCA potentially adding another highly rated win, Pikeville potentially remaining undefeated, and Pike Central playing an undefeated team you might see Belfry's RPI creep forward regardless of outcome. If Belfry beats Johnson Central they may have have a massive jump, especially if LCA wins.

Ashland is getting the shaft this week. If they lose to Spring Valley it will severely hurt their RPI, but if they beat them it won't give them as big of a jump as it should.
